I nearly fell off my chair when he started doing the rap. Honestly. What a great, great moment, recounted beautifully. Thank you for this!!!

I took care of Otto while he was here at the hospital. It was such an honor and priveledge to have known him for a short time. He was always so appreciative of his care and he had such a quiet gentle tone. I loved hearing his story “Shannon” that was so graciously shared by his son. Thank you to the family for sharing. He will be missed.

Hearing my oldest best friend from college in his inimitable voice leaves me in tears. Otto and I spoke shortly before he died yet here he is in his life-long story telling uniquesity (uniquenesshoodque), rampant insight on tap, venturing into the unexpected without question, only to discover the goldmine of questions thus revealed and loaded for revelation to all within earshot hence. Thank you dear Katie and Nicholas for posting this. I can’t wait to see you and your families this Sunday 7/18 for his memorial at the State House lawn in Montpelier.
